GR8 Transfers charges a fixed, all-inclusive fare to Sydney Airport (Kingsford Smith, SYD): $95 from the Sydney CBD, $185 from Castle Hill, $295 from Wollongong to T1, $315 from Gosford, $575 from Newcastle CBD and $875 from Orange, including tolls, GST, the NSW levy and the Sydney Airport access fee. From everywhere except the South Coast the fare is the same to T1 International or the T2/T3 domestic terminals. We track your flight and include 2 hours of free waiting on international arrivals (1 hour domestic). Those are Executive Sedan fares; the Executive SUV, for four passengers, is the base fare — $105 from the Sydney CBD.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Sydney Airport is Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (IATA code SYD) at Mascot, about 8 km south of the Sydney CBD. T1 is the International terminal; T2 and T3 are the Domestic terminals. Western Sydney International (WSI) at Badgerys Creek is a different airport. GR8 Transfers publishes fixed fares to T1, T2/T3 and WSI.
Inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a name board: at T1 International once you clear customs and walk out into arrivals, and at T2 or T3 Domestic in the arrivals area. We track your flight, so your chauffeur is there when you actually land, and a message with the exact meeting point is waiting when you switch off flight mode. Waiting is free for 2 hours after an international landing and 1 hour after a domestic one.
Every international flight uses T1 International, including Qantas and Virgin Australia international services. Domestic flights use T2 or T3: T3 is the Qantas domestic terminal, and T2 serves Virgin Australia, Jetstar and most other domestic airlines. T2 and T3 sit side by side; T1 is a separate precinct a few kilometres away. Give us your flight number and we go to the right terminal.
Yes. Every GR8 fare is fixed and the same in both directions, so the trip home after you land costs what the trip to the airport did. In the Executive Sedan: Sydney Airport to the Sydney CBD $95, to Castle Hill $185, to Gosford $315, to Newcastle CBD $575 and to Orange $875. For the South Coast the terminal matters: T1 to Wollongong is $295, and T2/T3 is $10 to $15 more because the domestic terminals are further round the airport for southbound traffic.

From the South Coast, T2/T3 is $10 to $15 more than T1 because the domestic terminals are about 4 km further round the airport for traffic from the south; Wollongong, for example, is $295 to T1 and $305 to T2/T3.
It depends where you start. Sydney Airport is cheaper from the Central Coast, Newcastle, the Hunter and Port Stephens (Gosford $315 against $400 to WSI, Newcastle CBD $575 against $660). WSI is cheaper from the Central West and the western Hills (Katoomba $270 against $420, Orange $765 against $875, Windsor $185 against $235). On the South Coast the two are within a few dollars from Thirroul to Berry, and WSI is cheaper from Nowra south. Every fare is fixed and listed on the route pages.
From the Sydney CBD, often yes: a $170 Executive Sedan return is competitive with 7+ days of Sydney Airport parking plus fuel and tolls. From further out, compare your own return fare with the parking bill; either way you skip the shuttle bus and the 4 am drive.
Allow about 2 hours for a domestic departure and 3 hours for international — more in school holidays and the July, August and December peaks. T2 and T3 are next to each other and walkable; T1 International is a separate precinct a few kilometres away, so if you are connecting between international and domestic, allow 60–90 minutes.
