Concert and event transfers in Sydney, from anywhere in NSW.

Big nights, planned before you leave home.

A fixed fare on busy nights

For big Accor Stadium shows Transport for NSW warns that taxi and rideshare prices are likely to surge. Your GR8 fare is fixed when you book and does not change on the night.

Closed roads, set pick-up areas

Roads around the venues close on big nights. On Accor Stadium concert nights rideshare is geofenced to set meeting points, and at Moore Park rideshare pick-up may be restricted. We plan around the event traffic plan and confirm your point before the day.

No car park queue

For the biggest Olympic Park shows Transport for NSW says not to drive without pre-booked parking, and leaving a car park can take more than an hour; Moore Park’s event car parks can’t be pre-booked. With a chauffeur, nobody in your group has to drive.

Yes. Book a return and set the return time about 30 minutes after the advertised finish. We confirm the pick-up point for your event before the day (on big nights the event traffic plan decides where hire cars can stop), your chauffeur messages you on the night, and your booking includes 15 minutes of free waiting from the booked time. If your night runs longer, we contact you before any waiting charge applies.
