Our fleet covers up to 4 passengers in the Executive Sedan or Premium SUV, plus the People Mover for larger groups. Fares are per vehicle, not per person. The Executive Sedan is the published fixed fare ($55 base + $3.10/km); the Premium SUV is 1.2× and the People Mover 1.5× that figure, rounded to the nearest $5. On a Sydney CBD to Airport transfer that’s $95, $115 and $140. For larger groups we run multiple vehicles together.

Which one, actually?
Seats are rarely the deciding factor — luggage is. Four adults fit comfortably in the Executive Sedan. Four adults with four checked bags do not. Here is how it actually plays out.
- Two of you, a bag each — Executive Sedan, every time. It is the quietest car in the fleet and carries the lowest fixed fare of the three.
- Four adults, cabin bags only — still the Sedan. Corporate teams heading to a 6am departure almost always land here.
- A family with a pram, or four people with checked bags — Premium SUV. The extra boot depth is the entire point, and 1.2× the Sedan fare buys room you will genuinely use.
- Golf clubs, skis, an instrument, or a fortnight in Europe’s worth of suitcases — Premium SUV, and tell us what you are carrying when you book.
- A larger group — People Mover. One vehicle at 1.5× the Sedan fare, one arrival time, one conversation.
- Cruise departures — usually the SUV or People Mover. Cruise luggage is its own category of optimism.
If you are torn between two, book the larger one. The difference is fixed, visible before you confirm, and almost always smaller than the cost of a bag that will not fit at four in the morning.

Executive Sedan
Two large checked bags plus carry-ons. Four passengers with two large bags is comfortable; four passengers with four large bags is not — that trip belongs in the SUV.
Premium SUV
The same four seats, considerably more room behind them. Prams, golf bags, oversized cases, or all three at once on a single school-holiday run.
People Mover
Room for a larger group, with luggage space behind. If the party is travelling with full checked luggage as well, tell us at booking — occasionally the honest answer is two vehicles, and we would rather say so now than at the airport.
Odd-shaped items — surfboards, instruments, mobility equipment, a folded wheelchair — are usually fine. Mention them when you book so the right vehicle arrives, rather than the right-sized one.
