Corporate travel, minus the friction.

Fixed-fare chauffeur travel for teams on the Newcastle–Sydney corridor — monthly invoicing, priority dispatch, and cabins you can work in.

Corporate chauffeur travel on the Newcastle–Sydney corridor at fixed, invoiceable fares — monthly consolidated invoicing, priority dispatch, quiet, refined cabins your team can work in, and one account manager instead of a receipts pile.

Corporate

The corridor is your commute. Make it billable.

Two hours on the M1 is dead time in a rideshare and productive time in the back of our sedan: quiet, refined cabin, phone charging, room for the laptop, and a driver who knows that the meeting starts before the car door opens. For teams moving between Newcastle, the Hunter and Sydney, we operate like an extension of your travel policy.

  • Monthly consolidated invoicing — one itemised invoice per month with cost codes if you use them. No expense-claim archaeology.
  • Fixed fares, budgetable travel — the same trip costs the same every time, so travel budgets actually hold.
  • Priority dispatch — account clients get first call on vehicles, including short-notice bookings.
  • Guest & client pickups — we collect your visitors from Sydney Airport with a name board and deliver them to your Newcastle or Hunter site.
  • Discretion as standard — professional, punctual, and what’s said in the car stays in the car.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — monthly consolidated invoicing with itemised trips (and your cost codes if needed), payable on account terms. One-off trips can also be paid by card through a secure Square payment link. Setup usually takes a day.
Yes — nominate your authorised bookers and they can book by phone, WhatsApp or email against the account, with every trip appearing on the monthly invoice.
That’s a specialty: airport meet-and-greet with a name board, luggage handled, and delivery to your site or hotel — your visitor’s first impression of the trip is us, and we take that seriously.
For group, event and conference transfers we run multi-pickup runs and multiple vehicles together. Tell us the numbers and we’ll design the schedule.
Ground transport for genuine business travel is generally deductible in Australia, and your fare arrives as a proper tax invoice showing our ABN and the GST component — which is what your bookkeeper needs. The usual conditions apply: only the business portion is claimable, records should be kept for five years, a travel diary is expected for trips of six or more consecutive nights, and ordinary home-to-regular-workplace commuting is not deductible. We are chauffeurs, not accountants — confirm your own circumstances with your tax adviser or at ato.gov.au.
Because the number you approve is the number that gets invoiced. There is no meter, no surge multiplier and no toll or airport surcharge appearing afterwards, so travel can be budgeted before the trip and reconciled without chasing variances. For recurring runs — airport, client sites, conferences — the same route costs the same every time.
Yes. Western Sydney International opens to passengers on 25 October 2026 and operates without a curfew, so overnight arrivals are possible there. For offices in Parramatta, Norwest and the western corridor it is often the more convenient airport. We track the flight and quote a fixed fare either way. WSI transfers →
