Everything people ask us.
Fares, flights, cancellations, child seats and the fine print — answered straight. Can’t find yours? WhatsApp us; a human replies 24/7.
Quick version: fares are fixed at $55 + $3.10/km all-inclusive, cancellation is free up to 1 hour before pickup (30% within the final hour), airport waiting is free for 2 hrs international / 1 hr domestic, child seats are free on request, and we operate 24/7 under NSW Point to Point authorisation.
Booking & fares
Every fare is $55 base + $3.10 per kilometre of your route, fixed at booking. It includes tolls, GST and the NSW Passenger Service Levy. Return trips are exactly double the one-way fare.
Per vehicle — always. Whether one passenger or seven ride, the fare is the same, so groups splitting the cost often pay less per head than any alternative.
Use the fare calculator on any page: type your pickup and drop-off and the fixed price appears instantly. No payment, sign-up or phone call required.
Once we confirm your trip, we send a secure Square payment link and you pay your fixed fare in advance by card — that locks in your price and your chauffeur. Corporate clients can be invoiced monthly instead. Nothing is payable just to get a quote or make an enquiry, and your fare is fully refundable if you cancel up to 1 hour before pickup.
Both. The diary is open as far ahead as you like, and for last-minute trips call or WhatsApp — if a vehicle can get to you, we’ll make it happen.
Airport pickups
We track your flight number, so your chauffeur adjusts automatically. Free waiting — 2 hours international, 1 hour domestic — is measured from your actual landing time.
At arrivals with a name board, at a clearly described meeting point messaged to you before you land. They’ll help with trolleys and luggage to the vehicle.
Yes — T1 International and T2/T3 Domestic, drop-offs and pickups, at any hour including red-eye arrivals.
Changes & cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup — full refund of anything paid. Within the final hour a 30% cancellation fee applies to compensate the driver already travelling to you; see the booking policy for details.
Yes — changes are free whenever we can accommodate them; just contact us as early as you can and we’ll do our best. Only cancellations within the final hour before pickup carry the 30% fee.
Vehicles & passengers
Yes — child car seats and booster seats are fitted free on request. NSW law requires an approved restraint for children under 7 in hire vehicles, so tell us the ages when booking and we’ll have the right seats installed. (Please note we don’t carry rear-facing baby capsules.)
The Executive Sedan takes 2 large bags plus carry-ons; the Premium SUV adds substantially more. Travelling heavy or in a group? Mention it and we’ll assign the right vehicle — or more than one.
No — there’s no hoist or ramp. We gladly assist passengers who can transfer to a standard seat, and foldable wheelchairs and walkers travel free. If you need a hoist-equipped vehicle, a specialist provider is the right call.
Assistance animals always travel free, as required by law. For other pets, ask when booking — small pets in appropriate carriers can usually be accommodated.
Most of our fleet is modern and comfortable: quieter cabins, smoother long-distance cruising, and a cleaner run down the corridor. You feel the difference most in the second hour.
Trust & compliance
Yes — GR8 Transfers is an authorised NSW Point to Point booking service provider (BSP-464011) with comprehensive insurance, and every chauffeur is police-checked and holds a NSW Driver Authority. ABN 72 250 641 910. You can verify any provider on the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner’s register.
Because we’re new and we won’t fake them. Our authorisation, fixed pricing and policies are all public — and we’d rather earn your five stars on the road than print them here first.
We fit child seats and boosters free on request. The legal position is worth knowing, because it differs by vehicle type: in NSW a taxi may carry a child over 12 months in an adult seatbelt under an exemption, but a hire car like ours has no such exemption — we follow the same rules as a private vehicle. That means every child under 7 travels in an approved, correctly fitted restraint: rear-facing under 6 months, rear or forward-facing with an inbuilt harness from 6 months to 4 years, and a forward-facing harness or approved booster from 4 to 7. Tell us each child's age at booking and the right seats will already be fitted.
Yes. Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek opens to passengers on 25 October 2026 and runs 24 hours with no curfew, unlike Sydney Airport's 11pm–6am curfew. For much of the Hills District and the western corridor it is the closer airport. We quote both airports as fixed fares so you can compare before booking. WSI transfers →
Sydney Airport advises about 2 hours before a domestic departure and 3 hours before an international one, and more during school holidays and the July, August and December peaks. T2 and T3 (domestic) sit side by side, while T1 (international) is a separate precinct a few kilometres away — allow 60–90 minutes if you are connecting between them. Give us your flight number and we will work the pickup back from it.
Lock in a fixed fare in under a minute.
Tell us where and when — we’ll confirm your chauffeur, track your flight and have the door open when you land.
