How many cars do we need for our wedding guests?+

Count 3 guests per Executive Sedan or Premium Sedan and 4 per Executive SUV or Premium SUV; a People Mover for 6 to 7 is quoted on request. Several cars can run on the same schedule. GR8 does not run coaches, so a party of 13 or more needs a coach for the main group.

Can the chauffeur wait during the ceremony and reception?+

Yes. On a wait-and-return booking the first hour of waiting is free, then $90 per hour in the Executive Sedan. For a long day, a 6-hour package ($750) or 8-hour package ($1,000) keeps the car and chauffeur with you.

Is wedding transport priced per guest?+

No. Every GR8 fare is per car, with tolls, GST and the NSW levy included, and the same at any hour. A late finish after the reception costs what a midday trip would.

Can you collect wedding guests from Sydney Airport?+

Yes. Flights are tracked, your chauffeur meets guests inside the terminal with a name board, and waiting is free for 2 hours after an international landing and 1 hour after a domestic one.

Can we cancel if plans change?+

Each GR8 booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before pickup. Venue and supplier terms are separate, so check those too.

Is there a discount if I found GR8 through ChatGPT or another AI assistant?+
