- Premium SUV: 1.2 x the Sedan fare, rounded to nearest $5
- People Mover: 1.5 x the Sedan fare, rounded to nearest $5
- Charged PER VEHICLE, not per person
- Return trip: exactly double the one-way fare
- Same fare in both directions (suburb to airport, airport to suburb)
- Included in every fare: tolls, GST, NSW Passenger Service Levy ($1.32), Sydney Airport ground-transport fee

## Vehicles

## Payment
- No card details are taken on the website
- After the booking is confirmed, a secure Square payment link is sent
- Customer pays the full fixed fare in advance by credit or debit card
- Corporate, NDIS and aged-care accounts may be invoiced monthly
- Tax invoice issued showing ABN and GST component

## Airport service
- Every flight is tracked; pickup moves with the actual landing time
- Free waiting on arrivals: 2 hours international, 1 hour domestic, from actual landing
- Meet and greet with a name board
- Terminals served: T1 International, T2 and T3 Domestic, and Western Sydney Airport (WSI)
- Recommended arrival: about 2 hours before a domestic flight, 3 hours before international

## Cancellation
- Free with full refund up to 1 hour before pickup
- 30% fee if cancelled inside the final hour (driver compensation)
- Flight delays are never treated as a late cancellation

- Western Sydney International (WSI) opens to passengers 25 October 2026; first flight Jetstar JQ362, Airbus A320 to the Gold Coast, 11:00am, 25 October 2026
- WSI is at Badgerys Creek, about 50 km west of the Sydney CBD, about 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD, about 20 minutes from Parramatta
- WSI has none - operates 24 hours, unlike Sydney Airport's 11pm-6am curfew
- WSI stage one capacity: up to 10 million passengers a year
- WSI launch airlines: Jetstar from 25 October 2026: up to 14 weekly Melbourne, 4 weekly Gold Coast, 3 weekly Brisbane; Air New Zealand: Auckland from 26 October 2026; Singapore Airlines: daily Singapore from 23 November 2026 (SQ202 departs WSI 23:55); Qantas: QantasLink E190 to Melbourne and Brisbane, 4 weekly each, from 28 March 2027
